The sales lines are open Monday – Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm.

What's the latest I can place a carpet tile order for next day delivery?

All orders placed before midday, will be delivered the next business day.

Do you deliver on weekends and evenings?

Whilst sales are typically delivered Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm, for extenuating circumstances please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will try and help in whatever way we can.

Do you deliver carpet tiles direct to site?

We can deliver wherever the customer/job requires, however typically all deliveries are kerb-side and require an authorised signatory.

For large orders do you require prior notification?

Whilst we carry over 50,000 carpet tiles in stock, for larger orders (namely over 200m2), we would appreciate prior notification, to enable us to plan routes and deliveries in your area.

What are the typical methods of payment?

The majority of orders placed tend to be with Credit / Debit Cards over the phone, in order to speed up the delivery process. However we can also raise Pro-forma Invoices and fax them to the relevant parties to enable both BACs payments and Cheques to be raised.

When do I receive the V.A.T. receipt?

All V.A.T. Receipts are posted out day after receipt of the goods, made out to the relevant Company Name and for the relevant Department.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Whilst we do offer trade accounts, you will require six months trading history with us, in which your spend with us has averaged over £3000 + VAT a month.

Do you welcome carpet tile orders from the general public?

All enquiries are welcome from both residential users and building contractors alike.
